AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS
We are Eden Financial Technologies Incorporated, doing business as Cove ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), a company registered in California, United States at 4349 Old Santa Fe Road, H40, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401.
We operate the mobile application Cove (the "App"), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").
Cove is a gamified financial platform. We use a world-building style of gamification to give our users a more fun, and less stressful interface to their money. They begin with a small island with nothing but a shed on it. Over time users expand their island, collect rare and limited edition decorations, farm bananas, and socialize with their friends. To get a decoration for their island, a user must stash money for it; they can uproot at any time to liquidate the money. This works as a psychological lockup as the decoration is desirable on the island so the user wants to keep their money planted. Our goal is to modernize the interaction between young people and their money through familiar gaming mechanics that empower and teach them how to manage and build wealth.

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Eden Financial Technologies Incorporated, concerning your access to and use of the Services.
